55 participants representing 9 network operators, 1 system integrator, 4 partners and our company, from 9 countries, got together in Copenhagen October 29-30th for our annual Nordic User Conference.

As always, the engagement and enthusiasm in the group was fantastic, for the whole duration of the program, both day and evening sessions. Emilie Lundblad kicked it all off with her key note on AI, which was 45 minutes packed with useful and eye-opening updates. The morning session also included product news from GE Vernova and Smallworld Nordic.

We rounded off the day with the conference dinner and bar, which provided a relaxing and informal arena for networking.

Day two opened with some nice examples of how to utilise network data for operational excellence, before moving on to better planning and performance in working with documentation. The last session about data quality included both detailed advices, a customer case and and high level reflections. Our chairman Rolf Hillestad closed the conference with his views on how we can keep supporting our customers with tools making them even more efficient.

The topics chosen for this year's program were very well received by the participants, and both quality and relevance of the presentations got high scores in the survey following the conference. We wish to thank customers and partners for contributing to the program, both on stage and in the demo booths.
